Government to transfer Rs 7000 crore to farmers' account in next two months

Now only 2 months are left in the end of the current financial year i.e. 2019-20.  About 50 percent of the total funds released for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme has been spent for this financial year.  This special scheme was started to help the poor farmers.  So far, a total of Rs 43 thousand crore has been spent under this scheme, while the fund that the government had set for this entire financial year was 75 thousand crore rupees.
