Under the Prime Minister Kisan Mann Dhan Yojana, farmers will get a pension of Rs.3000

The Prime Minister's Kisan Man-Dhan Yojana has been implemented by the government for the purpose of providing social security to small, marginal farmers. Under this scheme, small / marginal ie farmers with less than 5 hectares of land will be given a monthly pension of Rs. 5 / - at the age of 3 years. The scheme will provide pension to farmers through pension fund operated by the Life Insurance Corporation of India.

 In this scheme, a small landowner of 6 to 6 years is eligible to join the landlord. Depending on the age of the farmers, the fixed contribution of Rs. 1 to Rs. 1 shall be deposited in the pension fund every month. In small / marginal farmers, the husband and wife are eligible to join the scheme individually. If the farmers involved in the scheme want to leave the scheme later for some reason, their contribution to the pension fund will be refunded along with the interest.

 Application for enrollment in the scheme will be free of charge. To join the scheme, farmers can apply with Aadhaar card, bank passbook copy and keep center at the nearest Common Service Center in their village. For more information on this scheme, there is a request to contact the village Talati cum minister, village minister and extension officer (farming) at the taluka level.
