To become headmaster in one of Britain's poorest areas, Mohsin Ismail has dropped a six-figure salary in London. As a school in-charge, he sent 95 percent of the students to the top universities in Britain. 38-year-old Ismail resigned from the job of Norton Rose's International Legal Institute, Bright, to work in East London's Newham Common School. During his first year, only 200 of 200 students were eligible for admission to Russell University, of which nine were offered from Oxford and Cambridge University. These students include Tafsia Sikder of America's MIT. Some students also got job offers in Abu Dhabi's White and Case LLP legal company.
Ismayel's idea of leaving a job of millions of teachers came at night when he was preparing to do a 50 million pound banking job. They were thinking that they would be able to benefit society despite having such a big deal. Then Ismail stalled his job offer. He was taking a six-figure salary as a legal lawyer in a banking company and finance company in a large company in London. He is currently a teacher of economics at the school.
